Youth Ambassadors

The Youth Ambassadors (YA) program is a student leadership initiative, facilitated in partnership with West Saint Paul and South Saint Paul Public Schools,  dedicated to developing student leaders in advancing justice and racial and gender equity within our school communities. The program’s primary goals are to foster leadership skill-building, cultivate a sense of belonging, and empower students to engage with multiple perspectives in the pursuit of change. By exploring the intersections of personal identities and those of others, participants develop individual and collective power in addressing systemic challenges. This journey culminates in the "Beyond OUR Walls" Equity Summit, where student groups demonstrate their learning.
